Fuller, a 2017 Pennsylvania College of Technology graduate, holds the back end of a prototype drone, known as “Squall.” Fuller, who earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering design technology, is responsible for most of the drone’s mechanical design and assembly as part of his job as modeling and simulation lead at Hop Flyt, an aerospace startup.
